ORBNEX Source is operated by ORBNEX LLC (“ORBNEX”). ORBNEX Source collects information needed to create buyer sourcing access, review vendor listings, route requests, and operate the platform.

Information we collect

Account and contact details, such as name, company, work email, and phone number.
Buyer request details, such as market, scope, timing, vendor needs, and integration notes.
Vendor listing details, such as company profile, service territory, website, capabilities, and readiness information.
Payment and subscription events processed through Stripe. ORBNEX Source does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To create and support ORBNEX Source access.
To review vendor fit, COI readiness, service area, and contact paths.
To route buyer and vendor introductions when there is a relevant fit.
To improve sourcing workflows, platform security, and customer support.

Service providers

ORBNEX Source may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database services, payments, analytics, email, and security. These providers only receive information needed to perform their services.
