Terms for using ORBNEX Source.

ORBNEX Source is operated by ORBNEX LLC (“ORBNEX”). These terms describe the basic rules for using ORBNEX Source, including buyer sourcing access, vendor listing intake, and related platform services.

Note: These terms are provided for transparency and are pending review by qualified legal counsel before unrestricted public launch.

Platform purpose

ORBNEX Source helps buyers submit data-center vendor needs and helps vendors submit company information for review. Vendor approval, buyer introductions, and sourcing outcomes are not guaranteed.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for providing accurate company, contact, billing, and service information.
Vendor listings may remain pending until ORBNEX reviews scope, service territory, COI readiness, contact paths, and related details.
ORBNEX may remove or reject listings that appear inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsafe for buyers.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, billing cycles, cancellation handling, and receipts may be managed through Stripe checkout or customer portal flows.

No guarantee of work or vendor performance

ORBNEX Source is a sourcing and review workflow. Buyers remain responsible for final procurement decisions, contracts, site access rules, insurance requirements, safety requirements, and vendor performance management.

Marketplace role and vendor qualification

ORBNEX Source is a sourcing and review platform, not a party to any contract between a buyer and a vendor. ORBNEX may review submitted vendor information. Vendor approval reflects platform eligibility at a point in time and is not a guarantee of a vendor’s licensing, insurance, availability, safety, workmanship, or performance. A vendor shown as “Pending Review” has not been approved. Buyers are solely responsible for their own project-specific diligence, contracting, licensing and insurance verification, site-safety requirements, and vendor selection and performance decisions. ORBNEX does not guarantee vendor performance or project outcomes.

Vendors and buyers are independent parties. Nothing in ORBNEX Source creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and vendors are not employees or agents of ORBNEX.
